Urban Real Estate Media was founded in 2017 by Brad and Aprille Sowder with a mission to transform real estate marketing through exceptional visual content. Based in San Antonio, Texas, UREM specializes in high-quality real estate photography, video, aerial services, and Urban 360 3D tours — helping builders and agents showcase their properties in the best possible light.
With a strong focus on capturing the unique essence of each property, Brad and Aprille bring together two distinct but complementary skill sets — creative storytelling and technical precision — to deliver media that doesn't just document a home, but sells it.
