HOW DO I BOOK A PHOTOSHOOT?
You can book a photoshoot directly through our website’s booking system or contact us via phone or email to schedule your session.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?
We typically have available appointment times for most services next day. If you do not see an available time on our website you can give us a call to see if we have had any cancellations or reschedules.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason with 24 hours notice. We do not charge a cancellation or rescheduling fee. If it is less than 24 hours you will have to call or email us.
DURING THE PHOTOSHOOT
HOW LONG DOES A PHOTOSHOOT TAKE?
A typical photoshoot for a standard property takes about 1 hour, as long as the property is ready
DO I NEED TO BE PRESENT?
While it’s not required, we kindly request that only one person is present in the home during the photoshoot. For the best results and to ensure the safety of our equipment, we ask that all pets and children are kept out of the home or secured in a separate area during the session. This helps maintain a smooth and distraction-free environment for capturing stunning photos.

AFTER THE PHOTOSHOOT
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PHOTOS?
We deliver edited photos within 24 and videos within 3–5 business days.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE FINAL PHOTOS?
Your photos and videos will be delivered via a secure link for easy download.
DO YOU OFFER EDITS OR REVISIONS?
Yes, we include basic edits in our pricing. Your photos will always have a blue sky, a fire in the fireplace or firepit at no additional cost. Additional edits or revisions may incur an extra cost.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We provide an invoice that must be paid prior to downloading your photos. This is a digital invoice that allows you to pay online. For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, and CashApp.

WHAT IF THE WEATHER IS BAD ON THE DAY OF THE PHOTOSHOOT?
If the weather is unsuitable for outdoor photography, we will reschedule at no additional charge.
CAN YOU ADD LOCATION MARKERS OR GRAPHICS TO PHOTOS AND VIDEO?
Yes, we can include location markers, agent branding, and other customizations to videos and virtual tours upon request.
CAN I USE THE PHOTOS AND VIDEO FOR ONLINE AND SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING? Yes, all our photos and videos come with licensing for online use, including social media, MLS, and websites.
