PHOTO PREP
-
The home must be fully prepped before our arrival. We are unable to wait while rooms are cleaned, rearranged, or decluttered, as this causes delays and impacts other scheduled appointments.
-
All pets must be safely secured before the shoot begins. We love animals, but for everyone’s safety, we cannot enter the home until pets are contained.
-
We do not move furniture or personal items. We’re happy to straighten pillows or adjust curtains, but we will not handle toiletries, purses, electronics, or other personal belongings.
-
We do not photograph garages or closets unless requested. These spaces are often used for storage during prep. However, if the primary closet is clean and staged, we’re happy to include it.
-
You’re welcome to be present, but it's not required. To ensure the best results, we kindly ask that no more than one person be in the home during the shoot to minimize interruptions.
